These Terms govern enquiries and appointments with the colour atelier operated by Haus of Anais Ltd (Company No. 17165757). By submitting a consultation request or booking an appointment you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide hairdressing, colouring, treatment, and styling services as described on our website. Each service is tailored following a consultation and may vary based on hair integrity, length, and desired result.
3. Consultation and booking
- Consultation forms and calls help us assess suitability, timing, and investment.
- Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by our team.
- We may request additional information or imagery to evaluate colour correction and other specialist services.
4. Pricing and payment
- Prices listed on the website are guide rates. Final pricing is confirmed during consultation.
- Payment is invoiced after the service via Revolut Business or another agreed method. Invoices are due within 7 days.
- We reserve the right to request a deposit for lengthy or bespoke appointments. Deposits are deducted from the final invoice.
5. Cancellations and lateness
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the booked service, invoiced via Revolut Business.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may reduce the service delivered or require rescheduling.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information regarding hair history, allergies, and sensitivities.
- Follow aftercare guidance to maintain results. We cannot guarantee longevity where aftercare is not observed.
- Notify us promptly of any adverse reaction so we can assist and record it for future services.
7. Liability
We perform services with professional care, skill, and appropriate products. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.
8. Children and guests
For safety and focus the studio operates on an appointment-only basis. Please do not bring additional guests or children unless the booking specifically includes them.
9. Personal data
Our handling of personal information is detailed in the Privacy Policy. By engaging with us you acknowledge the policy and our use of data to manage your appointment.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Revised versions will be dated at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
